Elder Denning was able to take a day trip today to San Francisco!

He went there with one other Elder to get his Visa.

Our neighbor, Angela, works at Delta and randomly ran into Elder Denning.

She sent us this picture.

Angela said Alex's French is incredible!

He is doing great!

 Can you see the light shining from him?!

We sure can! 

Excerpt from our most recent letter

"I am loving it here at the MTC. GET THIS! I saw Elder Chase P. today standing in line to get the crappy food in the cafeteria and I found out that he's been Serving in California but his VISA came through and he's heading off to Mexico either Thursday or Friday! I'm so jealous! Anyways, me and Elder Bowers are doing great. Language is coming slowly but surely, but we're getting it down pretty well! anyways, all of you WRITE me."

MTC

 Yesterday was our last time with Alex for 2 years.  

He was ready to begin his journey as a Missionary.

Setting apart

Tonight Alex was set apart as an LDS Missionary. He will be entering the MTC in Provo tomorrow afternoon.
Everything we (his family) receives we will post to this blog.
